Our virus removal service is tested and thorough, but virus removal can be a tricky process. We will first try to remove the virus from your home computer. If you don't have antivirus software installed or if your antivirus software has already been compromised we will remove the infected hard drive and attempt to remove the viruses with own equipment. In some extreme cases it will not be possible to completely remove the viruses. If not, we will attempt to recover any personal files that have not been infected. We will then reinstall your operating system and restore the recovered files, as well as antivirus software and any other software you request.
